Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled developer to join our team in creating and maintaining Linux kernel BSPs and device drivers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and optimize Linux kernel BSPs for various hardware platforms
  • Customize the Linux kernel and bootloader for specific hardware needs
  • Ensure seamless integration of hardware components with the operating system
  • Board Bring-up: Set up new boards, identify and resolve hardware issues, develop, build, and debug boot loader – firmware for proper hardware initialization
  • Design, develop, and maintain Linux drivers for hardware modules including GPIOs, PMIC, I2C, Bluetooth, Touchscreen, UART, Memory/Flash, Wi-Fi, USB, Display, Camera, Audio, SPI, Modem, Sensors, Battery Charging, and SD Card
  • Guarantee high performance, reliability, and security of drivers
  • Debug and resolve hardware and driver interaction issues

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel architecture and driver development
  • Familiarity with hardware interfaces and protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, USB, and Wifi/Modem/Bluetooth
  • Proficiency in debugging tools and techniques for hardware and software issues
  • Awareness of open-source development practices and tools
