Insurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to join our Premium & Billing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling premium processing, suspense, workflow queries, email inquiries, reports, and payment activities.

  • Maintain and update project documents, schedules, and trackers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support financial transactions related to payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with different teams to guarantee timely updates and effective communication.
  • Track risks, issues, and changes in the project, providing proactive solutions.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and deadlines, promoting productivity and efficiency.

Key requirements include:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in U.S. insurance, preferably life and annuity experience.
