Job Title: Interior Design Consultant

As an interior design professional, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create modular designs based on conversations with clients. You will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

To succeed in this role, you should have confidence in communicating regularly with clients to assess their needs and adjust your approach based on feedback. Additionally, you should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends to provide the best possible solutions for clients.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and project management skills. You will own the sales funnel and drive sales closure, while also owning customer experience during a project. You will lead and own quality and accuracy of design deliverables, as well as own an end-to-end project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Graduation or relevant diploma
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an interior designer
  • Led and delivered minimum 2-4 residential modular KWS projects
Key Skills:
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools, PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Design expertise in conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard), technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation), modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning) and civil works & services (specifications & installation details)
  • Project expertise in creating BoQ for customers and coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales expertise in sales closure by way of logical & trusted sales pitch, driving and leading design meetings with customers
