Lead Software Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated software engineer to oversee a team of engineers, design, build, and deliver software solutions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, analyze, and implement software solutions that meet customer needs
  • Ensure the quality of application codebases and adherence to development standards
  • Coach and develop junior employees to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Design complex applications and interfaces that provide a seamless user experience
  • Oversee performance engineering of enterprise software architecture to optimize efficiency
  • Provide day-to-day support duties to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in NodeJS and ReactJS framework
  • Strong proficiency in Javascript, Python, .Net, C# or similar languages
  • Leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards common goals
  • Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure or cloud services to deploy scalable applications
  • Database schema creation and familiarity with databases like MySQL, MongoDB, Dynamo, PostgreSQL or MSSQL
  • Understanding of scalable application design principles and code versioning tools like git
  • Container technology and CI/CD workflow automation to streamline development processes
