Job Overview:

  • A key role exists within our organization, focusing on the efficient execution of daily tasks within a controlled environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently execute daily business-as-usual (BAU) tasks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in signature validation for trade and payment instructions received from clients.
  • Verify beneficiary account details during callbacks for outgoing payments.
  • Publish and review daily/weekly performance metrics, identifying deviations from expected levels.
  • Follow up and escalate aging items promptly to ensure timely resolution.
  • Regularly review and certify procedures, operating service agreements, and business resiliency plans to improve productivity benchmarks.
  • Actively participate in forums such as Product, Client Service, and Strategy to analyze market changes and drive tech initiatives.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Possess extensive experience in custody fund services, markets, or prime brokerage operations with staff management background.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, ability to meet deadlines, and skill in organizing work.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive approach to driving change and enhancing controls.
  • Capable of navigating changing business environments and maintaining control-focused agendas.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey strategic messages clearly and consistently.
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets products and transaction lifecycle in custody.
  • Bachelors Degree required, proficiency in MS Excel, and ability to effectively storyboard using PowerPoint with logical planning and decision-making approach.
