Technical Lead Software Developer

About the Role:

We need a highly skilled professional with a strong background in software engineering, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate technical ideas clearly, and contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of software solutions.

  • To succeed in this role, you should have experience with software development life cycles, Agile methodologies, version control systems, and collaborative tools.
  • You must be proficient in one or more programming languages, including Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, and have knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop software solutions using various programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications.
  • Contribute to code reviews and ensure high-quality code standards.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide input on software design and architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing, maintenance, or launch, and 1 year of experience in software design and architecture.
