Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead the development of cutting-edge web applications that drive business growth in travel.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading full-stack teams and delivering scalable, performant, and user-friendly solutions using Python (Django, Flask) backend and React frontend technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using Python (Django/Flask) backend and React frontend.
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and asynchronous services. Manage integration efforts with external travel systems.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in software development with strong expertise in Python, particularly Django and Flask frameworks.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing architectures for large-scale web applications.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js for building interactive, high-performance frontends.
  • Experience integrating third-party APIs.
  • Strong backend skills: RESTful API design, database modeling (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in agile development and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, event-driven architectures.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle database management.
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
  • Knowledge of AWS cloud platform.
  • Aptitude for leading cross-functional teams.
