Lead Frontend Development

We are seeking a highly skilled frontend engineer to lead our platform's UI development, guiding users through their career journey using intelligent AI agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive UI innovation for our platform.
  • Translate designs into polished, production-ready interfaces that meet user expectations.
  • Define and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft.
  • Explore and implement scalable frontend architectures, including POCs for integrating low-code apps (e.g., Bubble) into React.
Requirements:
  • 4–6 years of hands-on frontend/UI development experience.
  • Strong expertise in React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS.
  • Familiarity with real-time communication (WebSockets).
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices.
