Senior Technical Manager

We seek a skilled technical professional to oversee the implementation of Ansys simulation software in academic institutions. This individual will lead and mentor a team of engineers, manage daily operations, and ensure timely support delivery.

  • Lead a team of technical engineers and application specialists in supporting educational partners.
  • Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including faculty members and department heads.
  • Stay current on industry developments and guide the team effectively.
  • Collaborate with faculty to understand their needs and recommend relevant Ansys tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations and allocate tasks efficiently.
  • Conduct training sessions for faculty and lab instructors.
  • Integrate Ansys software into academic courses and research projects.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing technical teams or projects in an academic or corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of Finite Element Analysis, Electrical machines, and Machine design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in one or more Ansys simulation tools.
  • Solid understanding of FEA, CFD, and Multiphysics simulations.
