Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Supply Chain Program Manager to oversee and manage all SCM processes, ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing international clients, projects, and teams effectively. They will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices for SCM processes and client management, as well as preparing and presenting reports on SCM performance and client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all SCM processes, including procurement and expedites
  • Provide end-to-end back-office support to ensure seamless operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, including project management and team coordination
  • Develop and implement best practices for SCM processes and client management
  • Prepare and present reports on SCM performance and client satisfaction

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or a related role
  • Proven experience in managing international clients and projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships
  • Experience in onboarding clients and managing teams effectively
  • Proficient in SCM software and tools

Preferred Skills:

The following skills are highly desirable:

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS, CSCP)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
