Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and risk assessment, with experience in credit portfolio management. The role involves analyzing complex financial models, assessing counterparty credit quality, and providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining complex financial models to assess ongoing viability of projects
- Analyzing credit applications for Annual Reviews, Semi-Annual / Quarterly Reviews, Amendments & Waivers on counterparties
- Assessing counterparty's repayment capacity and strength of guarantors/collateral
- Providing recommendations for risk mitigation strategies with minimum guidance from onshore Team Lead
- Deep diving into terms & conditions of relevant legal documentation (Credit Agreements, ISDA, CSA)
- Managing RWA parameters of transactions and ensuring correct system input
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in project finance/structured finance transactions
- Advanced knowledge of complex financial models, contracts, and legal agreements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance from onshore Team Lead
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and market data tools like Thomson Reuters, Capital IQ, Bloomberg, SNL
Estimated Salary: ₹ 1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience
