About the Role:

The IT Applications Lead will play a key role in driving business applications strategy and implementation for Belhem India Pvt Ltd. This role requires a strong understanding of business objectives and the ability to translate them into effective IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand business challenges and opportunities and translate them into IT initiatives and solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of key business applications such as ERP, CRM, Data, and Analytics platforms.
  • Manage the integration of various applications within the retail setup, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify areas for improvements and innovation across organization processes, leveraging technology and data-driven insights.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance process and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and partners, evaluating new technologies and solutions to support business objectives.
  • Provide training support and documentation to end-users to ensure effective utilization of IT systems and tools.
  • Contribute to the development of data and analytics initiatives, driving insights and actionable recommendations for business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements and make recommendations for continuous improvements.

Requirements:

Grad/ PG in Information Technology, Min 10 years of experience in Business Application, Must have led & managed a team in any of his/her previous assignments.
