Senior AI Engineer - Retail Media

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI solutions for retail media. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-powered solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class team of experts in AI and machine learning. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new AI models to improving existing ones, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI-powered solutions for retail media using machine learning and deep learning techniques
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and deploy AI models
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing platforms
  • Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmaps
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
  • 8-12 years of experience in applied data science/ML, with strong domain exposure to e-commerce, advertising, or retail
  • 3-4 years of hands-on expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, and NLP
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in guiding projects and teams
  • Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud ML platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, SageMaker)
  • Solid statistical foundation (hypothesis testing, regression, causal inference, time-series)
  • Strong data engineering skills for ETL and large-scale dataset processing
