Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute detailed plans with key milestones and goals for large, high-impact programs, leveraging deep technical expertise to identify and mitigate risks, solve dependencies, remove impediments, and ensure timely launches.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects/programs.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders to drive strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Lead teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.
  • Ensure cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Identify gaps, unblock issues, and drive alignment between groups and functions.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment promoting shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Coach and mentor others in modern technical planning and execution best practices.
