Portfolio Manager Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to assist our senior portfolio managers in maintaining and improving complex portfolio investment and fund-level models.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build and maintain financial models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations.

  • Assist senior portfolio managers in maintaining and improving upon complex portfolio investment and fund-level models.
  • Build and maintain portfolio/financial models including cash flow projections, fund-level waterfalls, and IRR calculations, DCF and NPV valuations.
  • Evaluate and clarify investor requests, offer alternative solutions, and perform a deep dive into operational metrics when applicable.
  • Review and drive workflows independently, providing guidance to team members and leading on complex deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to centralize, eliminate, or automate activities.
  • Responsible for PM Investor Relations Reporting, preparation, and review of fund operational reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
