Job Title: Career Opportunity for Results Driven Client Success Professional

The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer success, revenue growth and product adoption by ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, success, retention and growth for key enterprise and mid-market clients. This position requires an individual who can work independently with a small but highly competitive team.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support during customer onboarding process including product configuration and data upload.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for key stakeholders within the client organization.
  • Drive adoption, improve customer satisfaction and work closely with customers to identify new business opportunities (upsell and cross-sell).
  • Minimize customer churn, maximize retention and deliver exceptional customer experience.
  • Establish regular communication channels with customers to explain new features and assist them in upgrading to new plans.
  • Collect customer testimonials, references and create case studies that showcase our product's value proposition.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within our organization, providing feedback to our Product team to develop or identify new features.
  • Collaborate with customers to align product deliveries with their business outcomes through quarterly business reviews.
  • Assist customers in mapping our product to their existing policies and processes.


Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in SaaS or software product companies in customer-facing roles.
  • Previous experience working with enterprise customers.
  • Process-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for growth.
  • Passion for solving client challenges and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Results-driven and detail-oriented individual.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field.

  • Education background in Technology and Management studies.
