Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients across various industries, including Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer, Retail, Industrials, Infrastructure, Healthcare, Metal & Mining, Oil & Gas, and others.
  • Identifying precedent deals and PE strategies, preparing high-quality analysis reports, company profiles, and industry studies.
  • Providing in-depth secondary research, financial analysis, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments for clients.
  • Contributing to project timeline management and quality assurance to ensure high client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • MBA/CFA/CA qualifications or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting investment banking divisions, consulting firms, boutique firms, or advisory firms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proficient working knowledge of databases such as Preqin, Factset, Merger Market, etc.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
