Job Title: AI Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI Engineer to design and develop scalable backend systems, APIs, and AI automation workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building high-performance applications, integrating third-party APIs, and designing efficient, cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python/Fast API and frameworks like FastAPI and Flask.
  • Optimize database performance using SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Implement asynchronous programming for high-throughput applications using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and other technologies.
  • Work with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to ensure system security, performance, and scalability.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment and testing, and collaborate with data engineers to process and optimize large-scale datasets.
  • Develop and integrate machine learning pipelines where necessary, and write efficient, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote technical growth and excellence.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development and 5+ years in Python.
  • 2+ years of experience in Generative AI, Open AI, AWS Bedrock, Crew.ai, Langchain, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.
  • Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless computing.
  • Experience working with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization, and strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
