Payroll Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced payroll operations manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, leaves, and attendance data, as well as ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of salaries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing and a deep understanding of statutory compliance. They will also possess excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll processing cycle, including data entry, calculations, and reports.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing, including regular reconciliations and audit requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll and financial systems.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of payroll administration.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on payroll-related matters, including statutory compliance and regulatory changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel proficiency – Strong in formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and logical structuring.
  • Analytical and logical thinking for payroll data management and error resolution.
  • Deep understanding of payroll processes and statutory compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, ADP, SAP, Keka, etc).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
