Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our company's operations align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement effective compliance programs that mitigate risk and promote a culture of integrity within the organization.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures that meet or exceed regulatory standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address compliance risks and gaps.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure our compliance programs remain effective.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications such as CA, CPA, CIA, or ACAMS are highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
