Job Opportunity: Director of Career Services

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Career Services to spearhead our institution's strategic initiatives in career development, placements, and industry partnerships.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive career services strategy that aligns with institutional goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, academic departments, and industry stakeholders to drive internship, job placement, and training opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence in career services, promoting student success, employability, and lifelong learning.
  • Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of career-related programs, services, and resources to meet diverse student needs.
  • Develop and manage budgets, staff, and facilities to support career services operations.

Requirements

  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in Higher Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in higher education, career services, or corporate relations, with a proven track record of successful student placements and industry collaborations.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and networking skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students, faculty, and staff.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
