AI Faculty Member Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Data Science with 7+ years of experience in the field. They should also have 2+ years of teaching experience online, preferably to adult learners or business professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach live online classes on core AI and Data Science topics including Data Analytics & Visualization, Machine Learning & Deep Learning, Generative AI & Agentic AI Systems, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, AI Strategy & Business Use-Cases, AI Ethics & Responsible AI, AI in Digital Transformation, Data-Driven Decision Making, Design and teach lessons that are practical, application-focused, and tailored to business relevance.
  • Incorporate real-world case studies and examples to demonstrate the integration of AI into various industries and functions.
  • Encourage active learning through discussions, hands-on activities, and project work.
  • Mentor learners, supporting them with project guidance, assignment feedback, and doubt-clearing sessions.
  • Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and an excellent learner experience.
  • Stay current with AI trends, tools, and industry applications to bring the latest insights to your teaching.
Requirements:
  • Strong grasp of both technical depth and business application—you can teach concepts like neural networks and also explain how AI drives business transformation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, Jupyter Notebooks, TensorFlow or PyTorch, Tableau/Power BI, and Git.
  • Understanding of AI's strategic role in automation, decision-making, and innovation across industries.
  • Genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and creating meaningful learning experiences.
