Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Process Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs that enhance employee knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Training: Design and deliver classroom and computer-based training sessions to ensure employees understand company processes.
  • Training Batch Management: Oversee batches of trainees, ensuring a smooth learning experience.
  • Feedback and Coaching: Provide feedback and coaching on process, quality, and best practices to agents.
  • Documentation: Give documented feedback on identified gaps in audits.
  • Weekly Calibration Calls: Participate in calibration calls with clients/internal teams as per the roster.
  • Training Sessions: Conduct training sessions as required within specified timelines.
  • Performance Assessment: Evaluate trainee performance during tests.
  • Database Management: Manage databases, generate daily reports, and analyze data.
  • Motivation and Development: Motivate associates through effective management and career development.
  • Process Transactions: Perform weekly or monthly transactions as defined by the process.
  • Competency Maintenance: Maintain competency by undergoing certification and staying updated on new products.
  • TNI and Refresher Sessions: Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain track records of performance and analyze data critically.

Critical Skills Required

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written): Strong communication skills required for client-facing role.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts.
  • UK Mortgages Knowledge: Understanding of UK mortgage products.
  • Microsoft Applications Experience: Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, Word.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in tasks.
  • Investigation and Analysis: Ability to conduct detailed investigations using service providers and open sources.
  • Result-Oriented and Client-Focused: Strong focus on results and client satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Coaching Skills: Ability to provide feedback and coaching to agents.
  • Rapport Building and Organization: Good rapport building skills and methodical approach.
  • Cryptocurrency Experience: Experience with cryptocurrency products as a user or in the digital currency industry (preferred but not mandatory).
