The Ecosystem Development Professional - Strategic Partnerships and Community Building role at Qrata plays a pivotal part in shaping the growth story of top entrepreneurs in India. This individual will build the foundation of our platform, network, and community strategy while supporting portfolio companies in getting the most out of our deep network and infrastructure.

The team leads the continuous scaling and development of the firm's program strategy, strategic partnerships, collaboration, and engagement with global technology companies and ecosystem partners.

Our team curates an exclusive global network of partners providing portfolio companies access to a sought-after community of experts, intentional support, and valuable resources. We design and implement the firm's program strategy to enable access to industry insights, curated talent pools, deep domain expertise, and operational frameworks for founders in building generational companies from the ground up.

The company's Program Strategy intentionally supports the firm and founders in establishing their brand and positioning in the ecosystem. The team's core responsibility is to develop our firm's reputation and network to accelerate value creation, strengthen our profile as investors, and support the growth of the organization's portfolio companies.

In this role, you will lead the continuous scaling and development of the firm's programs and community strategy to support founders and their teams in building generational companies.

You will plan and oversee community events and programs end-to-end to deliver a transformational experience.

Additionally, you will build community amongst portfolio founders and our network of corporates and experts through various program initiatives fostering long-term connections between portfolio companies and executive and corporate networks.

You will collaborate with partners and various teams (e.g., Investing, Portfolio Management, Governance, and Growth) at Qrata to weave community into our strategic and operational portfolio support across pillars including Brand, Talent, Product, Go-To Market, and Data.

Furthermore, you will identify and build strategies to broaden and deepen our network of industry service providers, expert advisors, independent board members, and corporate development leaders. Ensure that our network strategy aligns with the firm's investment focus and adds tangible value to our portfolio companies.

You will deeply understand the portfolio needs and provide strategic support leveraging the company's community (e.g., introductions to potential customers, partners, consultants, experts, etc.). Monitor ongoing collaborations within the portfolio company network and address any obstacles that might delay mutual engagement.

To ensure our initiatives are effective, you will set up systems and mechanisms to gather feedback from our network and community.

This role requires someone who believes in the power of community and understands the strategic role that networks play in the early-stage investment landscape.

We are looking for an articulate and excellent communicator who can synthesize and translate big ideas into succinct, memorable takeaways for lasting impact.

The ideal candidate has a knack for building relationships, a passion for technology and innovation, and a disciplined approach to fostering meaningful connections to support our portfolio companies' growth and success.

Action-oriented and detail-driven individuals who execute tasks with thoughtfulness and care are preferred.

The salary range for this position is around $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
