Reward Operations Leader
The Reward Operations Leader will oversee the operational delivery of all reward activities, acting as a key point of escalation for matters across compensation, benefits, and incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the operational delivery of reward processes including job architecture, salary ranges, market profiles, benefits administration oversight, and incentive scheme governance.
- Serve as a first point of escalation for queries related to BAU (Business As Usual) matters, handled by Analysts and Retail Incentive Specialists.
- Oversee and project manage cyclical reward activities ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with Payroll to ensure benefit processes are accurate and compliant.
- Cultivate team members' skills and expertise through coaching, mentoring, and development programs.
- Lead ad-hoc reward projects ensuring delivery against agreed objectives.
- Promote process improvement, automation, and standardization of reward operations across markets.
- Maintain strong compliance with legal, tax, and data protection requirements in all reward processes.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Significant experience in Reward/Compensation & Benefits operations within a complex organization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
- Advanced Workday capability is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage cyclical reward processes to tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel modeling capability.
- Able to communicate effectively at senior levels.
