Product Management Intern Opportunity

We are seeking a Product Management Intern to contribute to our product development efforts. As an intern, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a customer-centric product and scalable product operations.

  • You will collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand customer needs and pain points, and work with them to increase customer adoption.
  • You will identify opportunities for growth and develop product requirements, working on collateral for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
  • You will support the creation of low to high-fidelity designs and prototypes that enhance customer experience.
  • You will coordinate the testing and release of product features in collaboration with the QA team.
  • You'll analyze product performance and adoption post-launch and iterate on the same to continuously improve product experience and capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in product development work, market research, and opportunity mapping.
  • Ability to convert unstructured problems into structured ones and communicate them effectively to relevant stakeholders through verbal and written media.
  • Prior software/web development experience and working knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks.
  • Basic understanding of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Databases, and APIs.
  • Ability to work in an agile and cross-functional environment, proactively collaborating and communicating with design, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or Business.
  • Desirable: Prior experience in crafting high-quality PRDs and high-level design wireframes
