Productivity Supervisor: Enhance Efficiency and Quality

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Productivity Supervisor to oversee and optimize production processes, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring plant performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to minimize losses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Oversight: Monitor and control production line efficiency to meet quality and quantity targets.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze plant performance parameters and operating extruders to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate with the team to eliminate waste, streamline processes, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Maintenance Management: Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of machinery, including regular cleaning schedules and equipment checks.
  • Change Coordination: Prepare and execute size changes, manage rework, and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Issue Resolution: Address process abnormalities and work with the Shift Incharge to minimize losses.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in supervising and improving production processes.
  • Strong knowledge of plant performance parameters and operating extruders.
  • Expertise in reviewing efficiencies and eliminating waste within manufacturing.
  • Ability to manage machine maintenance and cleanliness.
  • Experience in preparing for size changes and managing rework.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve process abnormalities.
