Job Title: Associate – Litigation

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Litigation team in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with senior lawyers and clients on diverse litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective representation.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in drafting, research, and court appearances, along with strong analytical skills. A successful Litigation Associate should be able to draft pleadings, petitions, written statements, and other legal documents efficiently.

\

In addition, the ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research and preparing case notes, opinions, and briefs. This includes appearing before courts, tribunals, and regulatory authorities, as well as assisting in strategy formulation and case preparation.

\

The successful candidate will also be expected to liaise with clients and keep them updated on case progress, while ensuring compliance with procedural requirements and deadlines. Effective collaboration with internal teams for case-related support and documentation is also essential.
