Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AWS Administrator to manage and maintain our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS services, including Amazon CloudWatch, AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM), and AWS Lambda.

The successful candidate will be responsible for provisioning and managing Amazon Connect instances, as well as integrating microservices using AWS Step Functions and Amazon Lex.

Additionally, the AWS Administrator will be responsible for real-time data streaming using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams and processing data in real-time using AWS Lambda.

Our team is looking for someone with excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain CCP: AWS Management Console, Amazon CloudWatch, IAM
  • Microservices Integration: AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions
  • Amazon Lex Management: Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Amazon Cognito
  • Amazon Kinesis Management: Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, AWS Lambda
  • AWS Contact Lens Management: AWS Contact Lens, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Comprehend, Amazon S3

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in AWS administration
  • Strong knowledge of AWS services, including CloudWatch, IAM, Lambda, and Step Functions
  • Experience with microservices integration and API gateway management
  • Knowledge of Avaya Aura CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, and NICE
  • Excellent technical skills and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
