Backend Engineer Role

Your Responsibilities:
  • System Architecture: Design and scale our backend systems to power the AI-driven finance platform.
  • API Development: Build APIs and services using Python (FastAPI/Flask) to integrate with various financial systems.
  • Data Integration: Solve complex data integration challenges across financial systems to ensure seamless transactions.
  • Feature Delivery: Collaborate with the founders to deliver high-impact features from concept to deployment.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure the performance, scalability, and audit compliance of our financial systems.
What We're Looking For:
  • Expertise: 4–8 years of backend software engineering experience.
  • Builder Mindset: Strong builder/founder mindset – ideally ex-founder/CTO or early engineer at a startup.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask).
  • Educational Background: Top-tier university background.
