Telecommunication Designer Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecommunication Designer to join our team. As a Telecommunication Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing prestigious projects and coordinating closely with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project design and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Design various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, office buildings, and similar facilities, in addition to infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare reliable telecommunication designs and Tender/Construction Drawings and Documents/Specification for the following system:
    • Data Network System (DNS)
    • Local Area Network (LAN)
    • Wireless Data Network (WDN)
    • Structured Cabling Network (SCN)
    • Voice Communication Systems – IP Telephones
    • Electronic Visual Information System (IP Television)
    • Fire Alarm System (FAS)
    • Public Address System (PAS)
    • Intercom system
    • Master Clock System (MCS)
    • Video surveillance system
    • Access control system
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop parametric models and computational workflows using scripting languages such as Grasshopper/Rhino, Dynamo/Revit, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and facilitate design iteration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Telecommunication or Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience as a telecommunication designer (5-15 years).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for pushing the boundaries of design through computational innovation.
  • Knowledge about scripting languages such as Grasshopper/Rhino, Dynamo/Revit, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and facilitate design iteration.
