The role of a ServiceNow ITAM(SAM) Specialist is to design and implement solutions tailored to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions, with a strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes followed in organizations. They will also have extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, including security, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand and document business requirements and functional needs
  • Design and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet specific client requirements and industry best practices
  • Identify gaps between existing processes and desired future-state processes, recommend solutions and improvements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs
  • Provide post-implementation support, training, and guidance to users to ensure successful adoption and optimization of the platform

Requirements:

  • 12+ years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Order Management processes followed in organizations
  • Extensive experience across the ServiceNow core platform, including security, performance, and compliance
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow modules, such as Sales and Order Management, Supplier Lifecycle Operations, and Customer Service Management
