Motion Graphic Artist Job Description

Create visually stunning video assets and content as a skilled motion graphic artist. This role involves collaborating with creative directors and design teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Video Assets: Create engaging video content using your expertise in motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with designers, directors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Edit Video Footage: Enhance motion graphics by editing video footage and adding effects/elements.
  • Coordinate Content: Daily coordination with the content team is essential to collect raw data like static posts, videos, banner images, cover images, GIFs, UI content, etc.
  • Concept Development: Develop concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, templates, rough drafts, final cuts, and case studies for in-house company assets and service products.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Experience and Skills: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is required, along with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience with motion graphics work and a strong portfolio are essential for consideration.
  • Design Knowledge: A strong understanding of global design and trends is necessary for creating visually appealing content.
  • Offline Drawing Skills: Offline drawing and sketching skills, with the ability to transfer designs into digital formats, are an advantage.
  • Technology Expertise: Continuous learning and implementation of new editing technologies and best practices are necessary to maximize efficiency.
