- Lead A/B testing of operational interventions and repayment solutions.
- Ensure data integrity across high-volume transactional systems.
- Mentor junior team members on operational analytics best practices.
Requirements:
- 3-8 years in Data roles at operations-heavy startups.
- Degree in Statistics, CS, Economics, or related quantitative field.
- Expertise in SQL + Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), Power BI/Tableau, and statistical modeling for operational decision-making.
- Startup-ready mindset: Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Built data solutions for field operations or high-frequency workflows.
- Hands-on propensity modeling for customer behavior prediction.
