Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative visual solutions across various media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Collaborate with clients or creative teams to understand project requirements, develop visual concepts, and create storyboards to outline the animation sequence.
  • Design and Animation: Utilize industry-standard software to design and animate graphic elements, typography, characters, and visual effects in 2D or 3D.
  • Typoset and Kinetic Typography: Select and animate text effectively to convey messages and create visual interest.
  • Audio Integration: Sync animations with voiceovers, sound effects, and music to create a cohesive and engaging final product.
  • Video Editing: Combine motion graphics with live-action footage and perform post-production tasks using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion graphics align with brand guidelines, including color palettes, typography, and visual style.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of design principles: Layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
  • End-to-end project execution ability, from concept development through delivery.
  • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, and video production.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced environment while delivering value to the team.
  • Proficiency in animation principles: Timing, spacing, easing, anticipation, etc.
  • Mastery of industry-standard software: Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a must, and knowledge of other software like Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and PowerPoint is highly valued.
  • Creativity and artistic vision: Ability to develop original and engaging visual concepts.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy and visual consistency in all aspects of the animation.
  • Communication and collaboration skills: Effectively conveying ideas and working well with others.
  • Time management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn: The field is constantly evolving, so staying current is crucial.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion graphics work.
