The Site Visit Coordinator is responsible for organizing and coordinating site visits for potential customers, ensuring an exceptional on-site experience. This includes scheduling appointments, guiding tours, addressing inquiries, and providing detailed information about the community and its offerings.

This role also involves liaising with the sales and marketing teams to follow up with visitors post-visit and supporting overall customer relationship management.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are necessary to provide exceptional customer service and tours.
  • Customer service and relationship management skills are vital to building strong relationships with potential customers.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) is required.
  • Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or related fields is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages are essential; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
