Celonis Implementation Engineer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Celonis expert to join our team in optimizing business processes using process intelligence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Celonis EMS for client projects, configuring and deploying the platform.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from ERP/CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows to streamline operations.
  • Conduct process mining & analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on Celonis product updates and best practices, proposing enhancements for better performance and scalability.
  • Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture, providing training and support to internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Celonis EMS and proficiency in SQL, PQL, and ETL tools.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and familiarity with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of business process management (BPM) and ability to interpret and model complex workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, analytical mindset with attention to detail.
