Job Title: Network Voice and Collaboration Architect

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Network Voice and Collaboration Architect to join our team.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in network voice and collaboration solutions to support our sales team in managing and maximizing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IP telephony and unified communication, as well as experience in technical solution architecting and pre-sales customer-facing situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team in managing and maximizing customer relationships
  • Keeping current with all technical details of the network collaboration services of Wipro
  • Working closely with customers in a pre-sales role to understand their technical requirements and explain technical solutions
  • Preparing compelling commercial proposals after gathering customer needs and agreeing on detailed specifications
  • Supporting in developing network voice support and solutions based on market trends
  • Preparing and conducting technology demonstrations in customer-facing situations and needs
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and acting as a representative of Wipro always
  • Incubation partnering new partners generating revenue
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 6 years of recent relevant experience in data/voice network design, implementation, and management
  • In-depth knowledge of IP telephony and unified communication – Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Phone & RingCentral
  • In-depth knowledge of video – Polycom, Crestron, Yealink, Zoom Phone & Pexip
  • Knowledge of Telecom Expense Management – MDSL, CASS INFO, Tangoe
  • Knowledge of CCaaS Solution – Webex Contact Center, Genesys, Five9 & Amazon Connect, NICE
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in delivering cloud solutions such as Cisco Webex Calling, NICE & Webex Contact Center
  • Hands-on experience developing or supporting collaboration solutions in cloud solutions
  • Good to have UC & CC Cloud Solution certification
  • Good to have knowledge of one of the programming languages or scripting languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, C#
  • Good to have knowledge in building integrations across WFM, CRM, Unified Communications, and contact centers
  • Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructures and technologies such as Google Cloud Engine or Microsoft Azure will be a plus
  • Shall have knowledge of Network tool understanding of Fault, Performance and provisioning like CA, Cisco etc.
  • Overall solution understanding of IT infrastructure across data center
  • Demonstrable experience working in a similar role in at least one of the key target vertical market sectors
