**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable: Process employee expenses reimbursement requests, prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing, and respond to resulting queries.
• Payroll Management: Disburse payroll checks, payroll taxes, and employee benefit payments, and monitor to ensure proper documentation of employee benefit payments.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare payroll expenditure reports, consolidation journal entries, eliminate inter-company transactions, and consolidate divisional and subsidiary financial accounts.
• Compliance: Ensure all reports and disclosures comply with applicable government regulations, professional and organization policies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with financial software and systems.

**Estimated Salary:** $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
