We are seeking a seasoned User Experience Designer to lead the creation of seamless and intuitive digital experiences across customer-facing products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Design & Execution

  • Develop and implement UX design strategies that drive business growth and user engagement.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that bring product ideas to life.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and consistent design execution.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Work closely with product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to frame problems, co-design solutions, and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Contribute to the development of design systems and standards that scale across teams and platforms.
  • Facilitate design critiques and stakeholder alignment sessions.

Design Thinking & Innovation

  • Apply human-centered design principles to create innovative and empathetic user experiences.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to ensure AI-driven features are intuitive, transparent, and user-friendly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in UX, interaction design, or product design roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process, systems thinking, and polished execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in an agile product environment.
