Application Quality Assurance Specialist

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Application Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases for IBM i-based applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automated testing across functional and technical layers, as well as system integration and user acceptance testing.
- Design and execute test cases: Develop thorough test plans and procedures to ensure the quality of IBM i-based applications.
- Perform manual and automated testing: Conduct thorough testing of applications across functional and technical layers, identifying defects and issues.
- Conduct system integration and user acceptance testing: Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and meet user expectations.
- Identify, document, and triage defects: Analyze defects, document findings, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Analyze test outcomes: Use cognitive and analytical techniques to drive improvements in testing processes and application quality.
- Maintain consistency and traceability: Ensure that test environments and data sets are consistent and easily traceable.
In addition to your technical skills, you should have hands-on experience with SQL queries and at least 1 year of domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance.
