Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Supervision
The Manager - Health Claims will lead a team of employees in providing attentive and efficient service to customers. This includes delegating responsibilities, supervising business operations, and motivating employees to excel in their roles.
Employee Performance and DevelopmentThey will assess employee performance, provide feedback and coaching opportunities, and identify areas for improvement to ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.
Customer Service and ResolutionThe Manager - Health Claims will resolve conflicts or complaints from customers, analyze information and processes, and develop more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
Business Operations and StrategyThey will monitor store activity, ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed, and establish and achieve business and profit objectives.
Reporting and CommunicationAdditionally, they will generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties.
Requirements
- Leadership and Supervisory Experience
A minimum of [X] years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry.
