Key Leadership Role in Product Management and Sales

Job Description:
  • This senior leadership position plays a pivotal part in driving product management and sales leadership.
Responsibilities:
  1. Define product requirements, lead/own product development from concept to launch, and take accountability for product delivery.
  2. Ownership of building product roadmaps and offerings, ensuring governance to drive implementation.
  3. Develop and implement product plans that include value proposition, pricing, positioning, channels, promotions, and packaging.
  4. Closely work with IT teams to build a digital journey platform and experience for customers.
  5. Provide timely and accurate forecasts for and reporting on product or solution revenues and costs.
  6. Define the product's value proposition for Sales, engage in product education/training, and provide Sales and commercials teams with appropriate pricing guidelines.

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to define product vision and strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
