Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented security professional to drive key security initiatives across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of cybersecurity or a strong interest in the field, paired with exceptional organizational and communication skills.

You will play a critical role in enabling our security function to operate smoothly by managing operational workflows, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting the implementation of security processes.

As a core member of a remote-first, fast-paced team, you will directly contribute to strengthening the security posture of the company.

About the Role
  • Support project planning, documentation, execution of security initiatives.
  • Prepare responses to security surveys, RFPs, and vendor assessments.
  • Track progress of ongoing security tasks, audits, compliance activities.
  • Coordinate meetings, communications with internal teams, partners, external vendors related to security initiatives.
  • Manage scheduling across time zones, ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Assist handling confidential documents, security-related onboarding materials.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of security processes, risk registers, procedural workflows.
  • Support preparation of internal reports, presentations on security projects.
  • Handle basic admin tasks including expense reports, purchase orders, vendor coordination.
  • Assist management of tools, platforms used by the security team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in administrative, operations, coordination roles.
  • Strong written verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational multitasking abilities.
  • Foundational knowledge of security principles or willingness to learn.
  • Experience working remotely collaborating with global distributed teams.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, task/project management platforms.

  • Experience supporting security engineering compliance teams.
  • Familiarity industry frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR).
  • Exposure security operations risk management compliance programs.
