**Job Opportunity:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Professional to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining testing processes for drivetrain components and off-highway vehicles.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a manufacturing engineer to work independently and as part of a team to develop, maintain and improve processes and systems used in manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical planning for component and product validation throughout the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement in-process and final quality tests to ensure the quality and functionality of products.
  • Develop and implement cost-effective, repeatable and scalable testing processes for drivetrain components and off-highway vehicles.
  • Analyze test tooling and product test failures and evaluate tool characteristics and requirements.
  • Evaluate projects and prepare feasibility studies to design a test system define desired results, assess value proposition and determine project plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A university or technical school degree in a manufacturing engineering-related discipline.
  • Thorough knowledge of product function, manufacturing and testing concepts.
  • Minimum of 5 years of testing-validation engineering-related experience.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
