Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and actual processes across the organization.
- Develop product costing models, manage capital expenditures, and analyze usage trends.
- Analyze variances and spend trends for materials and finished products.
- Consolidate pricing and expenses, including administrative, marketing, and trade costs.
- Enter and amend customer pricing as requested, maintaining pricing and transfer pricing summary reports.
- Create accrual entries during month-end close activities and publish insightful scorecards/dashboards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders on various development projects.
- Drive efficiencies in annual and monthly planning/reporting processes.
- Identify data outliers, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Deliver timely and actionable reporting to drive business decisions.
Qualification:
Junior Financial Analyst: Bachelor of Commerce degree with minimum 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Senior Financial Analyst: Chartered Accountant, MBA, PGDBA, or MMS degree with minimum 7-8 years of experience preferably in a manufacturing setting.
