SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and configuring onboarding solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that enhance the onboarding process.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Conduct system testing and troubleshooting to resolve issues during the onboarding cycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements related to onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Onboarding 2.0.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in configuring and implementing onboarding solutions within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience with data migration and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
