This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results. As a key member of our sector coverage team, you will play a crucial role in:

  • Preparing pitch books and conducting industry research to support capital markets, M&A, and private equity transactions;
  • Assisting the execution team in analyzing and preparing information memoranda, valuations, and financial models required for deals;
  • Conducting documentation, due diligence, and presentations as needed;
  • Gathering data from clients and responding to queries in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining relevant databases on companies in respective sectors.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the sector coverage team in preparing pitch books and conducting industry research;
  2. Assisting the execution team in analyzing and preparing information memoranda, valuations, and financial models;
  3. Conducting documentation, due diligence, and presentations as needed;
  4. Gathering data from clients and responding to queries in a timely manner;
  5. Maintaining relevant databases on companies in respective sectors.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking in the industrials sector;
  • MBA from a premier institute or CA qualification;
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuations, and Excel;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
