Role Overview:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a professional with interior design expertise. As a key member of the showroom, you will be the first point of contact for clients visiting our location.

The role blends interior design expertise with customer engagement and sales, ensuring clients receive the best home décor solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers at the showroom.
  • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.

Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support:

  • Offer professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
  • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
  • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.

Quotation & Sales Coordination:

  • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
  • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
  • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.

Relationship Building & Lead Generation:

  • Engage with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
  • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase our offerings.
