Frontend Engineer Opportunities

We are searching for a seasoned Frontend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of React and its ecosystem, as well as proficiency in state management and TailwindCSS.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of user interfaces for our platform, collaborating with backend and UX teams to design and implement cutting-edge user experiences.
  • Translate wireframes and designs into polished, production-ready interfaces that deliver exceptional results.
  • Define and enforce UI best practices, coding standards, and design patterns to maintain consistency and quality across the platform.
  • Build high-quality React components with Zustand and TailwindCSS, utilizing expertise in front-end/UI development to create engaging and scalable experiences.
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the overall front-end craft, sharing knowledge and expertise to help others grow professionally.
  • Explore and implement micro front-end architectures, including POCs for embedding low-code apps into React, to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Integrate APIs and WebSockets to enable real-time agent interactions and gamified UI elements, creating a dynamic and immersive experience for users.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of hands-on front-end/UI development experience, with a strong understanding of React and its ecosystem.
  • Proficiency with state management (Zustand) and TailwindCSS, with a solid grasp of front-end technologies.
  • Understanding of real-time communication (WebSockets) and familiarity with micro front-end architecture and low-code integrations.
  • Strong grasp of design patterns, code reviews, and scalable UI practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
